Started his profession as a structural designer and worked as Technical Director and Business Head for Middle East operations in the previous company.  His enduring commitment to excellence has consistently delivered exceptional results across a diverse range of projects.

Seema, a visionary in construction and Interior Design brings 26+ years of expertise to the corporate and interior design domains. She has completed an impressive 2 million sq. ft. of projects since 2000. Seema's portfolio includes notable ventures such as Lenovo's first Experience Center in India, and luxurious high-end residential as well as corporate interiors. With an illustrious 25-year career in Architecture and Design Management, Suraksha's expertise spans prestigious multinational firms in the Middle East & India.  Her impactful journey includes diverse projects in residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and Government sectors. A dynamic professional, Suraksha excels in managing multifunctional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and navigating regulatory frameworks effortlessly. She possesses unmatched local regulatory knowledge and holds licenses as an Affiliated member-Society of Engineers-UAE and a Registered Architect-COA-India. A Civil Engineer, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI – USA, Mr. Bhat carries more than 37 years of rich experience in various areas of the Construction Industry and has been part of various construction projects across India in various sectors. He specializes in core Project Management and has a flare for Global standard Processes & Procedures and is instrumental in developing PMI-based Processes & procedures for the Organization, and their implementation across projects.
